Shipping

How much will I be charged for freight? 
During the checkout process, an estimated freight will be shown, based on your location.  In an effort to charge our customers fairly and accurately for their freight, actual shipping costs will be determined once the order has been finalized.   Due to the varying size and weight  of our products, the fairest way to calculate freight charges for our customers is by looking at the order as a whole, packaging, measuring and weighing it.  Unless instructed otherwise, we will ship your order using the most cost effective method.  If you would like an accurate quote for freight before you place your order, please call us (1-800-667-6200), or contact us by e-mail.

Canadian Shipments
All orders shipping to a Canadian address will be shipped from within Canada unless Special Arrangements have been made with NOS to have an item shipped directly from the USA.   What this means to you is that all brokerage fees, customs fees/duties, and US courier fees are already built into our pricing.  There are no surprises upon delivery.  Freight amounts are calculated based solely on the shipping and handling fees from us to you.  Freight will be prepaid on your invoice and the couriers will never ask for additional funds upon delivery.

US Shipments
Orders shipping to a US address will be shipped from the USA.  Please call for estimated freight costs to your address  All Molded Carpets are shipped direct from the manufacturer to almost any address within the continental US.

Ground Shipments
NOS Reproductions uses a primarily Purolator for shipping within Canada.  However, we do use Canada Post for those hard to reach and extended area destinations.

Air Shipments
When delivery times are critical, we can also offer quicker methods of shipping.  These methods while faster, are often much more expensive.  All addresses in Canada may not be serviceable by an Air Freight option.  Please call or email for freight quotes

Returns

Return #
Prior to sending a product back for exchange or correction, please call for a Return Authorization Number (RA#).  Products returned without an RA# may be refused by our shipping department.

Custom Made Items
Most of the items we offer are Made to Order.  Everything built and ordered through our Custom Carpet and Mat Builder are Made Specifically for YOU.  Therefore we ask you to BE SURE before you Add to Cart.  If an error is made by you, such as the supplying the incorrect specifications of a vehicle, selecting the wrong colour, a change of mind, or any other issue unrelated to the accurate delivery of the item, it is non-returnable.   

Errors and Omissions
We make every attempt to package our shipments accurately and completely, however errors can happen.  Please inspect all shipments for correctness and for missing parts and report any problems within 48hrs of delivery (1-800-667-6200).  This gives us the best opportunity to solve any problems quickly.

Damaged Goods
Please inspect packaging prior to accepting a parcel for delivery.  Have the courier make notes if your parcel looks damaged.  Then, always inspect the goods within the packaging upon delivery for damage and call NOS Reproductions immediately (1-800-667-6200) if you have received a damaged item.  Never throw out the original packaging as the courier will need to inspect packaging to process any claims.

Wrong Part
We make every attempt to offer accurate descriptions of our products on this website.  However, if something is ordered incorrectly, we will make every attempt to get the right part for you, and in a timely manner. 

Wrong Colour
We make every attempt to offer original colours where possible, most of our products are made to industry standard colours.  However, If you are unsure about the colour you need, or the suggested colours are not present online, please request a colour swatch and it will be mailed at no charge to you.
